Monthly
You pay for active users and the agreed feature and workflow scope. For Enterprise and resellers, we agree on a suitable platform or installation model.
Pay-per-use
Our models on feld AI infrastructure in Austria, at fair rates disclosed in advance. Billing is based on the model and actual consumption. No additional per-page or agent fee for the same processing.
By Agreement
Configuration, development and integration receive a clear scope and a separate offer. New rules, additional interfaces and later extensions are commissioned separately.
Professional example: 4 active users × €400 = €1,600 platform licence per month, excluding VAT. Actual model consumption and separately commissioned project work are additional. The monthly amount is not an all-in price for a finished custom implementation.
Enterprise & Partner
Would you like to operate feld.ai within your company or integrate it into your offering as a reseller? We agree on installation, workflows, branding and an operating model to suit your use case.
Operation on your suitable infrastructure. Together, we define sizing, installation, updates and responsibilities.
You can use our models with your own installation too. Local model hosting on your hardware can be agreed separately following a technical assessment.

On feld AI infrastructure: hosting in Austria with full EU data residency. With your own hardware, the agreed installation location and connected systems determine the data flows.
A person who processes, reviews or corrects documents or cases in the feld.ai workspace. Automated processing does not require its own user licence. How active users are counted each month and the workflow scope are specified in the offer.
Every plan provides access to our models on feld AI infrastructure in Austria, with full EU data residency when using our infrastructure. We connect suitable models for each task. Model access does not mean free or unlimited usage: model usage is billed separately based on actual consumption at rates disclosed in advance.
For €400 net per active user per month, you operate your agreed custom business workflow on feld.ai. This can include custom validation rules, case logic, reference matching, agent tools and reports. Setup, development and integration are quoted separately; unlimited development hours are not included.
Basic includes self-service configuration of existing agents. With Team, we configure existing components for an agreed standard process. Professional supports custom business and case logic. Document types, rules, outputs, interfaces and acceptance criteria are agreed per organisation. Each additional user licence is not an additional development project.
HITL means that your team can review and correct results in the workspace. It does not include a manual review service from feld.ai or a general mandatory approval chain.
Yes. With Enterprise & Partner, we agree on operation on suitable hardware you provide or a dedicated installation. Access to models on feld AI infrastructure in Austria remains available. Local model hosting is agreed separately following a technical assessment. Data residency, sizing, updates and operational responsibilities depend on the agreed installation.
