What does setup cost?
Setup and integration are listed as separate items in the offer before we start — depending on workflow, system landscape and deployment model. Before go-live you receive a binding offer with every item clearly stated.
What counts as an active user?
Anyone who works, reviews or approves cases in the feld.ai workspace. Fully automated cases do not require a user of their own. Every additional active user costs the same €400 net per month.
Are there additional token or model costs?
No. There is no after-the-fact billing of individual model calls or tokens. Document volume is agreed upfront as a volume band and is transparent in the monthly report.
How is document volume billed?
Based on actually processed volume, with an agreed document unit and lower unit prices for higher volume bands. The counting unit and the handling of attachments are defined before go-live.
What does a dedicated or on-premises deployment cost?
A dedicated instance or operation on your own infrastructure is priced separately — based on hardware, operational responsibility and integration scope. Operation in our European infrastructure is included as the standard.
What would your workflow cost?
