Yes. Every answer references the exact location in the original document — with page number and visual highlighting (Visual Grounding). You can verify the source with a single click.
Which languages are supported?
Document Chat works with all European languages. German, English and French are particularly well supported. You can ask questions in one language and receive answers from documents in other languages.
How secure is my data?
All data is processed on our own hardware in Austria. No US cloud provider is involved. Your documents are not used to train other models. Each customer has an isolated instance.
Which document formats are supported?
feld.ai processes PDF, TIFF, JPEG, PNG and Office formats (DOCX, XLSX, PPTX). Multi-page scans and documents with complex layouts are also correctly indexed.
How good are the answers?
Answer quality is based on the indexed document collection. With well-structured documents, hit accuracy is above 90%. Thanks to source references, you can verify every answer yourself.
