How It Works
1. Ingest mail and documents — Import client documents, tax notices, correspondence and contracts via upload, email or scan. All common formats are processed.
2. Classify and assign — AI recognises the document type (receipt, notice, contract, reminder) and automatically assigns it to the correct client and case reference.
3. Extract data — Relevant fields (deadlines, tax IDs, amounts, conditions) are automatically read and provided as structured data.
4. Monitor deadlines and file — Detected deadlines are fed into deadline monitoring. Documents are automatically filed in the DMS and immediately searchable.

Is feld.ai compatible with professional secrecy obligations?
Yes. All data is processed exclusively on our own infrastructure in Austria. No US cloud provider is involved. The architecture ensures client data remains isolated and never leaves the EU jurisdiction.
Does the DATEV integration work?
feld.ai exports document data in DATEV-compatible format. Transfer to DATEV Unternehmen online or via existing middleware is possible. A native DATEV integration is in preparation.
Are deadlines automatically detected?
Yes. AI detects deadline information in tax notices, court decisions and contracts automatically. Detected deadlines can be fed into your existing deadline monitoring or calendar integration.
How does assignment to client files work?
feld.ai matches extracted features (name, tax number, case reference) against your client master data. With a clear match, filing is automatic. In cases of uncertainty, the item is presented for manual review.
Is on-premises operation possible?
feld.ai runs by default on our own infrastructure in Austria. For firms with particularly strict requirements, operation on customer-owned hardware is possible in principle — contact us to discuss.
