feld.ai recognises case references, client names and business references in incoming documents and matches them against your client master data. With a clear match, filing is automatic.

Are court notices and deadlines detected?

Yes. AI automatically recognises notices, orders and judgments and extracts contained deadlines (appeal deadlines, response deadlines, payment deadlines). These can be directly transferred to your deadline management.

How are deadlines monitored?

Extracted deadlines are provided as structured data and can be fed into your existing deadline system. Alternatively, we offer webhook notifications for critical deadlines.

Is feld.ai compatible with professional secrecy?

Yes. All data is processed exclusively on our own infrastructure in Austria. No US cloud provider is involved. Client data is stored in isolation and never leaves the EU jurisdiction.

Which DMS systems are supported?

feld.ai integrates via REST API and standard protocols with common law firm DMS systems. Filing structure is configured once and then runs automatically.
