Does the DATEV integration work?
Yes. feld.ai exports document data in DATEV-compatible format. Transfer to DATEV Unternehmen online or via existing middleware is possible. A native DATEV integration is in preparation.
Are tax notices automatically analysed?
Yes. AI recognises notice type, tax number, assessment amounts and deadlines automatically. Deviations from the declaration can be flagged and presented to the responsible clerk for review.
How does client assignment work?
feld.ai matches extracted features (name, tax number, address) against your client master data. With a clear match, filing is automatic. In cases of uncertainty, the document is flagged for manual review.
What volumes can be processed?
feld.ai is designed for processing high document volumes — from individual receipts to thousands per day. Capacity scales with your needs, particularly relevant during peak tax filing season.
How do paper receipts get into the system?
On a standard multifunction scanner that many tax offices already have, we install a “Scan to feld.ai” button. One press is enough — the paper receipt is scanned, classified, assigned to the correct client and filed in a searchable form. feld.ai only provides the small button program, no hardware of its own.
