How It Works
1. Import master data — Ingest existing supplier, customer or account master data from ERP, CRM or CSV export. feld.ai processes all common formats.
2. Identify duplicates — The AI agent detects duplicate and similar entries using fuzzy matching — including spelling variations, typos and different address formats.
3. Assign and enrich — Variants are automatically merged. Missing information (e.g. VAT ID, bank details) is enriched from linked documents.
4. Maintain continuously — The agent monitors new entries and changes on an ongoing basis. Potential duplicates are proactively detected and presented for review.

feld.ai uses semantic fuzzy matching to detect similar entries — even with different spellings, missing fields or varying address formats. Thresholds and rules are configurable.
Which master data can be cleaned?
Supplier master data, customer master data, charts of accounts, cost centres and article master data. The agent is flexibly configurable and adapts to your data structure.
How does the ERP integration work?
feld.ai communicates via REST API or CSV import/export with your ERP system. Documented integration patterns are available for SAP, Microsoft Dynamics and other common systems.
Does the agent work once or continuously?
Both are possible. The agent can be used for a one-off cleanup or run continuously in the background monitoring new entries. This keeps data quality high in the long term.
How is data protection ensured?
Master data is processed exclusively on our infrastructure in Austria. Customer data is stored in isolation. No US cloud provider is involved. ISO 27001 certification in progress.
