Procurement Pricing Analytics — from invoice stacks to negotiation-ready data
Pricing information is scattered across hundreds of invoices. Before every supplier negotiation: manual Excel consolidation.
The AI Agent
Reads all invoices from a supplier, extracts line items, prices, quantities, and automatically creates a consolidated price list. Detects price changes over time.
How It Works
1. Ingest invoices — Import supplier invoices from your DMS, via upload or email. feld.ai processes PDF, scans and electronic invoices equally.
2. Extract line items — AI recognises article descriptions, quantities, unit prices and totals — even across different invoice layouts from various suppliers.
3. Consolidate price lists — Extracted pricing data is aggregated per supplier and article. Price changes over time are automatically detected and visualised.
4. Export negotiation basis — Consolidated price lists, supplier comparisons and price trends are provided as structured reports.
